The Institution started in 2012 with the primary objective of providing youth with quality skills to enable them contribute to the changing technological environment. The founder of the institution deemed it imperative to create a cheap but highly effective mode of provision of skills to the many youth who had dropped out of formal education due to absence of resources or inability to excel in formal education. The institute started with offering two courses; Tailoring and hair dressing but it has since grown to eight courses and more are still being added.
